The Northeast Iowa Radio Amateur Association has been serving Blackhawk County and the surrounding area since 1928.
We are now a 501c3 Organization allowing our membership and public to make charitable tax deductible donations!
The club has been associated with the ARRL since 1949.
Our weekly Blackhawk County ARES net meets Sunday nights at 9 PM on our 146.94 Mhz repeater.
The club meets usually at 2:00 PM on the second Saturday of each month at the Waterloo Regional Airport but please check the club calendar on this site to confirm this as some months dates, times, and venues do vary depending on our activity.
Membership is open to all licensed amateurs and anyone interested in ham radio.
